York Developments has initiated a strategic partnership to establish a 82,784 square-foot Modular Manufacturing facility on Tract 3 at North Loop in Bozeman. The new-state-of-the-art facility will be home to our strategic operating partner, a vertically-integrated Swiss company that designs, engineers, fabricates and constructs mass timber elements with a specialization in modular mass timber. The upcoming fully-automated facility in Bozeman is set to be a hybrid structure combining mass timber with steel elements, showcasing the aesthetic appeal and structural possibilities of mass timber in industrial construction.
The goal of the alliance is to create a sustainable vertical supply chain – from forestry to affordable housing.
Projects will be designed fabricated and transported at up to 95% completion to job sites.
The new facility will reduce construction costs and project completion times.
